This policy explains what SaleCleverly collects, why, and what control you have over it. Plain language, no hidden clauses.
We are finalising this document with our legal adviser. If you need our current data-processing terms in writing before then, email us and we will send them.
1. Information we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone, company), the conversation data your connected channels send us, and technical data such as IP address, device and browser needed to run and secure the service.
2. How we use it
To operate the workspace, deliver messages, generate the AI replies you ask for, provide support, send service notices, and improve reliability and product quality. We do not sell your data.
3. Sharing and processors
We share data only with the processors required to run the service — cloud hosting, the AI model provider for requests you trigger, email delivery, and error monitoring — each under contract and limited to what the task needs. We also disclose data where the law requires it. The current list of processors is available on request.
4. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is role-based. If your organisation needs the specifics — cipher suites, hosting region, audit logging, or a completed security questionnaire — contact us and we will provide them in writing.
5. Retention and your rights
Conversation data is retained while your workspace is active. You can export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us; deletion requests are honoured, and we will confirm the retention window that applies to your plan on request.
