The agreement between your team and SaleCleverly when you use the platform.
1. Acceptance
By creating a workspace or using SaleCleverly you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. The service
SaleCleverly provides an omnichannel messaging workspace with optional AI agents, automation, analytics and integrations. Features evolve; we will not remove a capability you depend on without notice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for what your team members do in the workspace. Keep your channel authorisations valid, and comply with the platform policies of each connected channel.
4. Acceptable use
No unsolicited bulk messaging outside the rules of the channel you send it on, no illegal content, no attempts to breach or overload the service. We may suspend a workspace that puts our channel access or other customers at risk.
5. Free plan, credits and payment
The platform is provided free of charge. AI credits are prepaid, consumed only by AI generation, and non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire. Custom plans are governed by their order form.
6. Availability and liability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. The free service is provided as is; for paid commitments, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months, to the extent permitted by law.
